You cant really. Unless Dotabuff removes the feature or Valve reintroduces the ability to show your mmr we will continue to have our pre-seasonal mmr in our profiles.

How can I display mmr on dotabuff since the mmr option is no longer shown in the drop down box? Just a miserable low 3k sea player.
