Without being a pretentious dick or trying to be posh, I see no way one can get stuck in normal skill-tier to high skill-tier MMR brackets.
I mean, to stay there, you have to systematically make some kind of a mistake, for that's my 3rd account or so, but it always gets problematic only at 4500 MMR or something.
Single losses don't mean shit, btw. Trends do.
4k is garbage, I am a garbage player, but idk how garbage one has to be to remain in NS for a long time.
I've leveled up one of my accounts from 2800 to 3800 in like 2.5 weeks of casual playing, because of how absurdly brain damaged most players were.
It doesn't even matter, what my team would do.
This motivational speech was just given, so you could stop blaming even the trashiest teammates.
You can lose 1-4 games out of ten, because of bad teammates, but not much more.
If you are doing things the right way, you'll win more than you lose.
