i also had the same questions and thoughts , but i can say that you're actually doing pretty good on your games, aus server is not that bad, try sea , you'll meet more than that. 
yeah and sometimes they go all in even when behind. so behind, they cant even get a single enemy to a low HP. and when I don't Ulti (when playing Spectre) to help (more like, die), they rage -.-

Like I had some of these games recently, team always goes in to take every single fight no matter how bad it is, 5 man throwing heroes at enemy team until we lose, if I splitpush, then my team goes in anyway? What the fuck is this shit
