Why do items have winrate?

to see how many people with those items obviously but its kinda skewered cuz it only counts games where the item is on the inventory so items that you should go for all the time have a low winrate cuz they shouldve been replaced and you obviously either suck at item management or just got stomped while other items that you only buy late game and sometimes solely after a quick buyback to secure a win (Boots of travel) got a high winrate

Hero cosmetics winrate is fckn same to hero winrate. Unless if its courier! Omaygad!
