Ok, so after the last big update came in, I felt like I can't stack jungle. It just seems like it changed it's stacking time. Both of hard camps are really annoying to stack. What is the exact time to stack by now?

Try to go into a custom map server with the spawn boxes showing and practice stacking camps there. You'll get the hang of it.
