I m not new to dota .... Have played many games ..... But created smurf which is showing every game in high skill bracket .... I ve played 50 games till now ... If I play bad is it possible to get in normal skill ?how does it work .... Because some games was very bad for me still showing high skills ..... What's matter with this ? And is it real that mmr I will have is 3k + ?

Triplesteal really did a good job answering this question so, of course, he is being trolled.
There is one aspect he did not address. That is the sense in which High Skill games are High Skill. As your MMR (match making rating) increases you face superior players. So achieveing a KDA of 3 on bristleback in game at 4k MMR is far more difficult than using bristleback to get 3 KDA in a 3k MMR game.
Typically if someone plays the same hero in a game 1,000 MMR below their correct rating they will dominate the game easily... if they are 1,000 MMR above their correct rating they will fail badly, probably feeding.
Since each win or loss moves you 25 points... someone who is 300 MMR higher is a 12 game winstreak better. Think about how hard it would be for you to have a 12 game winstreak and you get an idea of how far away +300 MMR is in skill.
To gain 1,000 MMR points is the equivalant of a 40 game winning streak.
But Relentless,
if you say that it means that I am still above the rating I should be, sure i decreased (which means I may be nearing my real rating)
but I am not feeding badly nor under performing, overall i have a decent performance judging from my group feedback and from what I can see in game.
I think people have widely variable performance based on heroes. You will be far better on average with a few heroes, and far worse on average with other heroes.
Yoshi, you likely could go up a lot in MMR with omniknight. You have an 81% winrate for Omni in Very High games. But if you picked broodmother you would almost certainly fail and lose MMR.
yoshi, that's why i like when u pick omni btw, u manage to have a lot of impact on the hero even if some of the enemies are much more skilled

I see your point and I agree, taking again broodmother as an example as you mentioned, It'll be definately a much worse result indeed.
Still, if we take into account the usual heroes I play, that is the result that interests me the most becuase overall chances that I'll be forced/decide to play heroes like broodmother are very low.

^it's not only the question of other people and your own mmr's deviation, it's also about the bracket limits being unstable. some day it can be 3640, the other - 3660, etc. the fixed number is the percentile - 10% for vhs, 15% for high, 75% for normal.

Not only winning, I think your gameplay will also affect your skill bracket i.e stacking, warding, fighting etc.
