After I lose maybe 5 times at very high! I got it high! Then I won again and again at high skill but now It's not getting very high again!
with average 45% winrate and average kda of 2.00 on normal/high skill games this means u bellong there
I dont know what is the reason you shift around brackets but if you really are a very high skill player (4k+) you should at least be having %50 win rate. Thus i guess you do belong to high skill or maybe normal skill. A okey player gets %50 win rate on every smurf i guess and goes at calibration with 4k something.
I am also pinoy, but dude, everybody hates smurfing, a.k.a. create ng bago
Its sort of akin to cheating >.> climbing the ladder in as less games as possible.
People will disrespect you if you say your 4k, and you have less than 100 games in your account.
They'll think youve bought it or tried so hard to make it to 4k

to escape in the 3k bracket i would recommend shadow blade, glimmer, euls + blink, or bkb + tp
well i tilted from 5.5k to 5.1 a few months ago.. i even droped to 4.8k-.- and now i try go up again since i was off dota for 2-3 months and i completely had no idea about new patch items, meta and stuff..

But i know people's brains are not strong enough so i stopped beeing an assh000le
so i get undy and tell anyone who wants to win his lane to come with me.. i prefer 2-1-2 strat without offlane
i go offlane with a carry or depends the setup..
Undy is extremely strong but easy to die, i go with my mid hero to the rune and see if there is a fight i skill tombstone and we got 98% chance to get the bounty rune for our mid + 2kills :)
i used to max Q and E and let 1 lvl W on my 1st games but now i realised that max decay is shit so i go 1 lvl decay or 2 then max W-E so ican give a huuuugeee heal or damage nuke to my ally/me or enemy with a low cd
i usually rush manaboots and depends on enemy picks i go crimson/pipe shiva is a good item but i prefer going crimson/pipe / blademail and use my 2nd skill wiselly so i can save a mate or an ally in a teamfight
wow i get so many assist everygame if u can see xD i like this hero cause i can fight 24/7 and not beeing useless like some AM players who pick that "creep" hero that hits creeps 30 mins and fights are 4v5-.- and then he comes out with a bf and a yasha and dies instantly then calls " gg" :)

Simple logic:
If you are better than your teammates (you are not) you will win more games than you lose, because on your team there would be 4 retards plus you (the better one) and on the other team 5 retards (most of the time). Dota gives every player a number for his skill. If your number is too low for your actual skill, you should climb by time.
Since you do not climb and stay low, you are a baddy.
Thats the bad news.
The good news:
You can improve to in no time! You have so many big things you can work on, that climbing mmr is really really easy.
1. Pick wise (heros that match your lineup or you are strong with; do not put too much effort in support below 3.5 k mmr)
2. Learn to farm (Lasthits/Denies/Flashfarming midgame)
3. Do not feed (Just do not)
4. Built proper Items (Dagon Spectre might be fun, but might lose you the game).
5. Adapt your skillbuild (there is no “right” skillbuild for every situation)
6. Watch what is going on (Check minimap and other lanes often; use your tp if enemies dive)
7. Make the right decisions (Push/Farm/Gank/Defend/Rosh when the time has come etc.)
8. ALWAYS CARRY A TP
9. Check your enemies Inventories.
10. Do not rage (lowers apm, causes you to get muted, and nobody will listen to you anyways; If someone rages mute him)
11. If you get tired by playing, you are hungry or angry, just stop playing.
To do this focus on one aspect a time to improve:
Watch your replays to see your mistakes; watch pro replays/good streams, to see how they do it.
If you do not want to get better and make the effort, play on in your lowpool. But do not blame the system.
^ no! once you go high skill there is no coming back no matter what you do. you can win every game, but you will be high skill and 3k for life. even if you make another smerf you wont get out since dota tracks your IP. you are in ELO-Hell your progression in dota has ended.

My account is just level 7! I had 21 matches at very high! 25 at high and when I'm partying with my friends! It just gets normal! And now I think I'm stucked in the high skill! What do you think is my hidden MMR? And how can I escape high skill and be in a very high skill bracket again?
