If you dont get helm or pick a hero like Chen then I like to use an interval timer app on my phone to beep every min starting it around the 38-41 second mark to let me know that stack times are close.
Can be countered by pauses tho.
Except I am pretty sure people have seen this loads. A good video but keep in mind that any good player will ward/check the ancients especially on the radiant side as that is a favored ward spot.

Good tip for people that stack ancients like Luna:
Give your support control of your creeps and have them stack it for you. I play with a guy that does Luna as primary, and instead of him fidgeting with last hits and stuff, I stack it for him so he can be more tuned in to team fights and last hits. BIG deal here to have your support do that "extra" job besides just warding/ courier upgrade/smoke etc.

I'll probably just do it when im jungling, I could just shift - A click every camp while setting up the autostack
