I can confirm that we're seeing the same issue and don't currently have skill brackets for new matches.
so i was wondering why i got so much trash in my last game (bloodseeker) and i was like wtf rly WTF... now i go check on the trash mortred that due to luck and stupid enemy got like 17-3 k-d stats and that trash is HIGH as in low fucking level player... the algorithm must have changed AGAIN AND THATS WHY THESE MOTHERFUCKERS NOW WON'T LET you guys access peoples games to SHOW ACTUAL SKILL!

Maybe instead of complaining about the shitty mm, you could actually make about TWO extra clicks and have a chance of getting decent games. I simply can not understand people playing pubshitmm and complaining about it without even trying alternatives.

Never had better games than these after patch. I was usually in the Normal bracket, but there were many noobs there. Now I guess some pro players were recently in my games (or noobs were in the enemy team). Great communication, nice picks, the best teamwork ever etc.

Well my first (and so far only match) was also pretty good, people were decent and so on. (it was not normal bracket though) We willl have to play at least 50 games to know for sure though, might just be lucky ;)
i remember when valve said something like "we will adjust our steam api so sites like dotabuff can use it very well" but instead they are fucking shit up like always

Hi, creator of pubstats here.
As someone pointed out below, this does effect pubstats. The API has changed, specifically when filtering a players match history by skill level.
Filtering per skill-level is still possible, but NOT if you're supplying an account-id.
From the SteamAPI itself regarding parameter skill in call to GetMatchHistory: "The average skill range of the match, these can be [1-3] with lower numbers being lower skill. Ignored if an account ID is specified"
I do not hope that this is a permanent change.
EDIT: Ah, right, in case I was not clear enough: I will not be able to provide skill-based statistics anymore.
