Used Lich on Have to damage enemy heroes 10/15/20 times with a min. of 100 magic or pure DMG Quest, it's fine until i reached 9 times, it stopped counting, so in the end i failed the quest.
I'm thinking Pugna would work well too. You have nether ward zapping all over, drop a nether blast, and if you have lvl 16 and a scepter, and around 11 percent spell damage life drain does over 100 damage after reductions every 1/4 of a second whilst the target is decrepified. If you got 3 seconds of decrepified life drain that's already up to 12 instances. Two man blast and then you just need 6 ward zaps in 5 seconds.
Or... is it 100 damage before or after reductions... If before reductions a max scepter life drain and a veil with an aether lens- or even without if you have enough int, which you probably do at level 16 anyway- does over 100 every fourth of a second even without decrepify. I'd decrepify anyway for the slow, but if you can just lay down a veil and suck life for 5 seconds you got it right there.

Used axed 1 3 hero blink call blademail and i got instant 17 counts too bad i lost

best bet is playing cm and going an ult centric build (glimmer, bkb, blink, force etc)

Hey guys ive done that quest with 3 stars playing venomancer. Get Veil and aghs use nova and gale on 2-3 enemies and ur done.

Blink, veil, aghs on Venomancer at lvl 16 and quest is done easily.
