You're wrong. It means you have to do it 10 times within a span of 5 seconds. So ridiculous i cant figure out how to complete it.
@perfect seriously, think what you are saying - it is clearly meant to say whan YAN says. there isn't a spell that has a cooldown of half a second and there isn't a pure DOT that will do 10 ticks of 100 damage.

lol i use disruptor ult 2 or 3 ppl with thunder strike and still not one count at all, i swear idk how to do this. Omni heal some times work some tiems doesnt.

what's wrong with you guys 20 instances of 100+ dmg within 5 seconds, can you start reading more carefully. This means in 5 seconds - these tik-toks on the clock - 5 of them, you have to deal 100+ magical or pure (kinda everything but not the dmg you deal with normal attacks n some physical spells) dmg 20 times (you have 10 fingers on your hands, twice that much = 20) to enemy heroes (the 5 guys you play against). For example - Doom and Lina not good heroes for this quest, even tho they deal a lot of dmg because doom deals his dmg on very small instances (less than 100) and Lina hits hard with her spells but not frequent enough. Sand King is a good hero because: Ult lvl 3 - 10 fast pulses - 110 dmg, considering the fact that you will have veil and the int dmg amp, all you need to do is 2 man epicenter and heres the 3 stars from this quest. All i am trying to say because most of you are probably still confused - Pick sandking - buy veil - get lvl 16 - Look for a teamfight - seek a stack of at least 2 enemies - use veil on them - Press R - blink/bs into them -Check your quest status (repeat if not done, if its done proceed to the next step) - win game - quest completed. And sry if you are 1/1 000 000 and your quest is actually bugged, but there are people who already have it completed so...
lol its bugged la, i use lich cf nicely until got 6 alr, then late game the thing freeze , coutner not going up. and i believe its not 100 dmg , morel ike 500 -1k
You can't (impossible to) do that with lich. Chain frost is not fast enough, every 5 seconds the counter resets to 0, chainfrost can't bounce even 10 times for such a short period unless they are rp-ed or something like that. Like, say the quest is bugged when u ve tried a decent strat and still failed...

What if i pick invoker and use tornado+meteor+df blast in 3 enemies? It will count 3 times? Only Tornado max lvl = 360 damage and it is instant damage when the hero falls... I did this last game like 4 times... killed few times with sun strike... did really high damage during the game and the quest stays "8/10" to complete the first stage... WTF?
Now i picked tinker and did A LOT of damage with dagon and rockets during the game... at the end: "9/10" WTF?
How I do this quest?
It's actually hard. You need to get Zeus and do a 5-man static field twice in a row along with the ulti to get this done. Otherwise it's gonna be tough.
And also you can try enigma , imagine 5 man standing and black hole, 150 dps per second and boom
try bane lina AA Nyx and last Zeus still no hope but it does reach 10 tho but i want 20 3 star

It says "Play 40+ games and you’ll also have the option to replace your normal Ranked MMR with your new, hard-fought Season MMR" what if i still do not have my normal (solo) MMR calibrated, will it automatically use the Compendium MMR as my normal ranked MMR? Will i be able to play normal ranked games after?
Okay not od or silencer or bla bla , pick zeus , get refresher use ulti and right after spam first skill in team fight within 5 seconds you'll get like 15 - 20

crystal maiden level 3 ult + blink + bkb in the middle of 5 enemy heroes WILL get you this achievement

Under Path of the Spellbinder there is this Quest " Its Pure MAgic ". Have to damage enemy heroes 10/15/20 times with a min. of 100 magic or pure dmg within 5 seconds. What is this supposed to mean and how to do it? 10 times within 5 seconds?
