Coach was nice and informative, gave me a list on what I need to improve on. Although it would have been better if the coach gave more tips like: "If you're in this situation, ask your supports to put wards here and here"/"If their heroes are these, your preferred item build should be XXX"

if you don't mind giving one free coach to a scrub (ez coach) that's been stuck in 2.8k for a long time, I would be very grateful! I like playing supports but I feel my impact in the game tends to not be enough in the late game, or I don't make enough good calls.

I'm quite interested in using this service as well. I've been trying to break the 4k MMR wall for some time, but it's pretty hard without any feedback from people who have better game knowledge than me. I watch my replays from time to time, though it can't beat having another person point out your mistakes.
I'd be really glad for a free session, even though there are probably other people who need it more than me.
I've recently but on a 5 match losing, although it is not the biggest streak I've been losing the majority of my matches. I am a 4kish player who usually plays carry or mid. I rarely play support due to the lower impact it has on outcome of the games. Would be nice to get some thorough analysis from you guys as an xmas gift.

@Noob Eater - We require Skype just to make it super easy to connect and get started with your coach. However, students in the past have also had success with other technologies or by simply meeting their coach on Steam and talking in-game. I find it far less efficient and do recommend Skype for the best experience - but you could get away without it if you feel strongly against the product.
