Well i dont think playing with some friends in ranked is abusing but ok, i usually play ranked with my 3400 friend and from time to time with a 5 stack ( some serbian guys ), we all ramdon and the games are usually easy because of their low mmr.
You know you are losing games in ranked, i dont think your winrate in ranked is even bigger than 70 %. ( and i mean in both your main and your smurf )

by all accounts i feel lycan is a very strong mid, he easily wins the lane against most heroes.
EG picked lycan mid for RTZ a few months ago (i think it was march or april)
