Just play, i dont think it will be a true "recalibration". It will just be play 10 ranked games to get your mmr back and it would be basically at the same place it used to be

highest jump/fall on the past recalibration? im in 2.9k and im grinding my solo to get to legend but my friend told me that my grind will be nonsense because of the recalibration even if I get to legend 0 because the numbers don't reflect to the medals anymore. Any suggestions?
