i used to do that with huskar
pretty stronk later on with high stats carry for Q efficiency. transition into healer/utility, get eblade aghs if you have to deal damage

Get extra MS and just walk over the lane for exp range. You got Surge so you'll be fine. If KOTL uses manaleak while you're keeping them occupied, you can easily tp home as they have no stuns. Put Ion shell on creepwave while you farm/stack jungle, buy a ward to if it's available and place it on your side to keep track on Ursa. If supports are missing distract them by being agressive in the lane for abit then hiding yourself, It's an offlaners job after all. If supports are in another lane entirely and/or is ganking another lane, Go nuts.

yeah the problem was i didnt wait with my first lvl and got ion shell. so i was stuck under tower with ursa just standing there
in the end it didnt pay off for him but it was really annoying

yesterday i played against a pos 4 ursa as dark seer
He just stood in my lane, i couldnt even walk out of my tower range for 4 minutes straight.
i'm 100% sure if you do this, 90% of offlaners will cry, tilt and type "gg afk jungle
luckily i dont tilt and didnt ask for help so i won because past min 10 ursa was useless
