lot of people have crap party mmrs. I occasionally get divines in my party games. then check their dotabuff and see their party mmr was so far behind their solo.
Also we once got owned against a bunch of crusaders ( I was queueing with a Herald). then I checked and they hadn't lost their last 20 games. obviously they were all smurfs made to destroy noobs -.-
Humble brag detected, how can you complain the match is so unfair when you win the game? These top 1000 rankings seem kind of inflated compared to when I used to get queued against someone at 6-7k mmr, I feel like they were always very dominant players in the game.
Not all high ranking players can dominate a 5k game cuz 5k+ dota is a team game and anything could happen

I think with the new system the MMR has deflated, divine 5 can be reached with 5400 MMR and that's literally nothing, in the old system a guy with 6500 MMR can be considered good enough to dominate a 5k+ match, so even a top 1000-800 Is not that good.
Anyways it was a normal match and against you there were a herald player, so It's really fair to be against a top 10 and a top 800 players. that match was 4 vs 5.
He is not herald. He 5.7k mmr. Just not play rank party, so his solo is herald, not the party, 5.7k
Everyone Tries hard to rank up to play with higher skill players and u just played with them without any Hard tries so yeah u should be thankful of gaben :D

invoker was top 12 and the visage divine 5 seems around rank 881 (the rest was divine , tiny was divine 2 and leshrac divine 1, silencer was guardian or maybe crusader to balance it out)
my team was undying which was divine 5 and his rank was around rank 921, bat rider and nyx are divine 1 and i also divine 1 , but my krobelus was legend 4, and she keep saying we gonna lose vs top 12 party and they have two freaking divine 5 at leader board, my krobelus was mid and got destroyed by that top 12 that have red divine 5 medal who played invoker).
in the end we somehow to win ,dunno why i think because our team have better draft, and my undying was a good leader, he make good calls on the game,same with nyx and bat(the krobelus was good but he have low confidence , early game was nightmare for me as spectre because they three man top, glad my undying and nyx cover me but it still hard game).they also quite try hard and want to finish the game fast but can't because my team make a good defense.
but if they make a good draft , i bet we will lose that game 100%
to be honest match making system is a joke
