Valve has built a sisyphus trap by letting people think they are improving but in fact it is the bar that goes down, once the season is over the calibration will bring not good surpirses but it will also motivate you to get back to the game to play even more, coz u wanna beat the last record you had. They are genius people in Valve that want more moneys

If medals show your percentile, then maybe averge mmr of all players' population became lower
