alternative is something like mjolnir shivas? bloodthorn?

It's not good but sumail can do it
Maybe aghs is a bit better but dagon is a big no

well i think its a good build, if enemy has more than 1 <2kHP hero. because you can oneshot the poor guy every 25 sec.

it works with the CDR, so you have a very serious kill potential every time uti is up (agh reduces cooldown and dagon is a low cooldown nuke).

you dont have mana to spam it, especially if you go refresher too, he got bloodstone when i saw him play this build im pretty sure

you can sustain your mana with clarities and a regen item like linkens/euls

refresher ofc brings it to next level

if u talk about solo matchmaking , he can play without items if they put him in team which will win , and before every game u know who will win , because they abuse solo matchmaking with adjusted. gl hf trying to riase solo mmr ;)
