He has no mana issues with soul ring and arcanes, atos is better if you want to chain root, and everybody buys greaves anyways so you already have a dispel.

dagger+euling yourself is pretty good for pushing hg on general
idk about underlord tho,rarely play him
Euls is situational. You can root people twice with it(use root once on them and then euls the enemy, as soon as they land on the ground they will be rooted once again).
Eul's isn't very good for a variety of reason, since Euling a target in pit means that they're taking a lot less damage from firestorm, and lotus orb or greaves are way better items with dispels for tanky heroes like Underlord.
Atos is much better. UL doesn't have mana problems with arcane boots. If you want to spam Q nonstop you should add soul ring, It's stats are good, too.
Very situational item for him, you really just want to get fat and buy pipe/crimson/greaves. If you want catch you should pick any other off hero.
