Pick visage, get dominator, dominate a creep, when omnislash hits the creep move it way from you.
Watch him get flamed by his team for missing the omnislash

I like using SD, disrupt jugg then he'll usually try spinning away, ult him and make his own illusions do most of the damage. You can kill him pretty early on if you have 1 or 2 other allies with you.
make sure have bkb piercing disable. axe is a Classic one but is dependent on axe being good or relevant in game.
ive always had a lot of trouble against 1 v1 LC esp if she has a good start.. but also dependent on her being relevant in the game. otherwise picking luna is not too bad. it is quite even if she can get farm. TB will fuck juggernaut as well

juggernaut is rather easy to learn, but its difficult to play him against players who know how to deal with him.
So, how do you deal wiht the juggernaut?
