That's some dumb shit, if you want to kill creeps faster, just get more attack speed. You're getting a 175% crit item on a hero with a built in 300% crit.
think you're missing the point of it - every crit is a skeleton which you then set loose to farm the jungle.
I think you don't understand the logic behind what @potato marshal is saying. The more you attack, the more it triggers!
You're only roughly doubling your chances of criting (32% chances of criting when combining a 15% and 20% crit). For an item that provides no utility except damage, and very poor damage at that for its price.
Skeletons deal a shitton of damage to buildings too. So having them on full charges are pretty good.
It's actually a good build to win games early but wk loses to most agi carries late game. Even wagamama said that build is good if ur team can afford a jungler
domi rush/echo sabre don't really increase the rate the skellies proc though. crystalis procs a new skeleton every 3.5sec with power threads rather than the 6secs or so from an as item (obviously ignoring other utility)
maybe shit but less shit than a midas.
