AVG of the mmr of all players needs to be above a certain threshold to get marked as very high skill.

If you want to smurf why bother to go very high skill??
funfact if your skill is enough,you will end up in Very high skill without playing rank anyway
which make no point for smurf at all after 10-20 match you will end up in Very high skill anyway
