    it's already been 15 days since i setup my steam authenticator plus i've been friends with the person whom i gonna trade for over 2 months now. So, when i click gift wrap item i am not seeing any friends and when i click "learn more about gift restrictions" it says "All of your friends are available for gifting. Gift away!". Still no solution to fix. help

            Same. I also can't buy items on the community market, even though the deadline for it passed.

              Nobody can since that stupid update, i have a friend who needs resub to dota plus i hope they fix it soon, would hate if dota plus has some weird "valve lmao" mechanic to lose you relics etc if your subscription ends...
