It can be good on heroes like nyx cause they farming potential is... insufficient.

But buying it severe their ganking potential,better buy urn or meme hammer to give more impact to team

its situational item right now, if you think game will be long, no much harras, opponents playing safe, no much roamer/ganker then get midas, the timing should be around 8-12 mins. so you wont suffer mid game.
