Last week was enable to gift wrap item, but after update cant gift, must cant see my friend list to gift.
^ignore this guy, he is just angry because he cant reach high skill even tho he wasted countless hours creating multiple accounts.
There are many post on reddit about gift and activity feed bug.
Good news is Valve has confirmed the issue and they are aware of it.
Bad news is they have no idea how to fix it yet and have not given a time frame. They only know it happend since hero exp nerf for dota plus update.
According to me you need to be friends with the person for a total number of days before you can gift. Don't ask me how long.
