I think it’s a buff for sure - you are getting cooldown on tempest and Midas at lvl 10.
You can really come online faster now but we’ll see. That’s just what I think
Meta is very lane oriented (something the hero isn't great at) and a lot of the meta carries like TB, PL and Lycan counter Arc, so he's still not that great in this meta imo.
I felt like the 8%cdr, spark wraith cdr and +1s flux duration buff on the talent are an atempt to create an Arc Warden magic dmg style, kinda like the new broken shit magic shadow fiend. Ofc magic arc wont be as good cuz you know, 0 arcanas, arteezy doesn't play it so no fanboys will be playing it, only the competent players. A strong magic arc warden build would cause a sea of salt.
Also, I feel that as long as Flux has that mute with units around, magic arc warden will always be underwhelming

Nonono, Spark Wraith can deal a ton of dmg with the right talents, combine it with some stuns, slows, maybe even an Athos, magic arc can deal a lot of dmg, 630 for every 2.3s is no joke, 1260 for every 2.3s with the tempest double. Magic warden is a techies wannabe
Back then there were no talents and Spark Wraith was so shitty that many people leveled Stats instead, good times, now with talents, nullifiers, bloodthorns and vyses, maybe even dagons, I think it can work, will try it out sometime in the potato bracket and will come back with meaningless results because it's potato bracket
well you get 8%cdr at lvl 10 instead of 10%cdr at lvl 20 (thats a HUGE buff) and i think aw was always meant to be a utility/magic core. Hex is just too good on the hero...

Attack speed and CDR were the only 2 good talents this guy had been left with, now you can't have both.

Still garbage hero. Takes too long to come online, too ez to gank early on. Once he is online, he is really a pest to deal with.
