Everyone gets tilted, and lots of people suffer from depression. But the best way to get better about it self control. Think about what you did wrong in a team fight before you go and attack other people. Id say thats the biggest reason people tilt, they fail to notice their own mistakes because theyre to focused on the gameplay of others than themselves.
this has to do with your depression in real life and how video games are a replacement for meaningful social fulfillment. it's natural to want to win and to feel really satisfied with winning a game. furthermore if you play ranked and treat it really serious, losing can be quite hard as well.
losing creates a loss of sense of control which is again tied to your frustrations irl. all your negative energy which cannot be expressed irl (maybe because you lack a proper social support structure) get's poured out over the game which becomes increasingly meaningful the more empty your life is.
my advice is to sort out your life.
^ that is very ture. I did have anxeity disorder and used to get mad a lot. But since I managed to get it under control,it is all gone... though I gotta say I stated caring less and less about the games in general.

I don't understand why i tilt so easily in dota 2. Its just an game, i am depressed in real life only real joy i feel is when i win a hard game or rank up. I just wanna play dota 2 - the bad teammates please when i tilt i feel like i am going to do something bad without control
