I don't know about support heroes to counter Tinker, but Spectre once farmed really fucks Tinker in the ass
BH is pretty good. He can stab Tinker a few times in lane and Track prevents Tinker from juking with Dagger Spam.
as a note if you pick bh or nyx make sure your team has gap close to go along with them. These heroes are good at helping to find and kill tinker but they are not great at getting on top of tinker. bh can let you always know where tinker is but other than initially finding him out isn't going to stop a tinker. Nyx is better than bh as a counter, since he traditionally buys blink and this can allow him to gap close better, but his best feature is being able to inturrupt tinker by carapacing march or rockets giving your team time to catch tinker. Without heroes that can quickly close the gap on tinker nyx and bh hunter are much less a threat and more of a nuicsance, but with gap closing heroes they can make tinker's game extremely hard.
Clockwerk and Nyx punish Tinker really hard.
Clockwerk can solo kill a tinker using only a blade mail.
Nyx disrupt tinker with his Spike Carapace during clash. And the stun from it is more than enough to kill Tinker.

All those heroes who require skil knowlegde and big practife are hardest but when u play them good u can contribute most than with any other hero

I am surprised noone mentioned Riki. Does some of the same stuff as BH and he also has an AOE silence/slow
How is KOTL against tinker?, I can imagine once KOTL has ahgs he's pretty good, with the increased vision. Also during day time he can heal his team in march.
