he had his tp scroll in his backpack where the time is running slower than in the normal item spots
when dropping it and buying a new one he just gets to where the tp cd would be if the tp wouldn't have been in the backpack, the downside is that he needs to buy another tp scroll
also the instant cd isn't seen when they pick it up, rather when they buy a new one
Well, if the tp scroll was not in backpack it won't have cd by the time they have to use it again

how do pro players do this?ive seen EE and singsing do this on their stream,they drop their tp on the ground,then buys another one,and when they pick up the tp on the ground,the tp instant cooldown
