It sounds legit. Use arrow to farm. Clarity to keep it going. Boots so that you can roam/escape if ganked
I usually pick offlane mirana if my safe lane is drow ranger. In most of the cases you build phase boots into hurricane(or simple dragon lance). Buying blight stone is a good idea too. Your job is to harass the safe lane and to force roamer's rotation and pray for your team to not lose the trilane safelane/duo middle :D
You dont need to waste gold on clarities if you've decided to "farm" from the offlane position. Save money for a bottle and buy ring of aquilla for mana sustain.
Lmfao you think im joking ? You will need mana a lot to arrow enemy hard camp and your hard camp its not beneficial to trade hit as a fucking mirana did i need to type all this

U kinda need at least 1 set of Regen
Off mirana works best if u go aggressive with a dual or even agro trilane
I think drums is good, seen universe and some other players do it like that around TI7
advice 1: do not pick this hero, for any role. one of the most useless heroes in the entire game.
advice 2: if you did not listen to advice 1, then just get bunch of regen and try to outharass their support.

I like boots->aquila->phase->diffusal
sometimes early perseverance if I'm doing well and want to stay in my lane and use spells. sometiems maelstrom rush to accelerate late farm and push more aggressively. carry builds, just in the offlane.

Need advice on item builds and how to be played, what are your starting items? Could never figure out that.I usually go for orb of venom, set of Tango and salve plus a clarity( always had a feeling that this is not right) or should I start with boots and Tangos?
