In 2k world, my teams 1st pick am, and the enemy team 1st pick BS. Then am proceed to say "gg noob support"
PA last pick against an Axe, Necro, and other counters? Being told not to pick PA? I've been there!
I feel like most of the time the guy who gets last pick on my team has literally no understanding of the game. Yesterday i had a guy who last picked a mid lion against SF, Naix and Pango. Our Kunkka camped mid for him and they fed like 6 kills to sf in the first 10 mins and the game just fell apart. Now if he had just a little bit of brain and took something like a TA we could have won easily.
Sometimes the last guy doesn't know what he wants to play. He may also not be the most versatile player but is expected to be as such. Which is unfair for him. The first pickers just know what they want to play but may not necessarily know what is the best last pick themselves. Which is why I like to first pick so the obligation never becomes mine.
Furthermore the dynamics of picking in pubs are usually cores first and supports last. Whereas lastpick opportunity is best capitalised upon with a high impact core that would have free reign in that game. Hence last picks don't usually matter if it's a support anyway
