yes, it's a meme how og's PL had twice the farm of the enemy core's farm.
PL with BF is decent
its good because PL is super good late game and has that funnily OP crit talent so spending 4k early on and playing the game in a different way for better lategame is an okay strategy because PL is not anti-mage, he is more like monkey king. even if you get BF, you can still have some presence in fights.
One should take a look st this BF build with caution. What works within a pro team may not translate to it working well in solo pub. My 2 cents.

As Long as you apply the right logic people will eventually find a suitable use for certain builds, even if the current convention is to reject them based on the suggestors mmr.
nowdays BF is ok on any carry who is melee, that is it, minimum requirement... But ofc your team needs to be not 5 carry team and some supporting is necessary
TNC.Kuku also go Battle Fury > SnY > Skaadi. The Battle Fury also works well with his 30% crit at lvl25.
He also max Rush first and let the Phantom Lance at lv2 until all abilities and talents are max. A lvl4 Rush at lv7 PL is actually good I think Ill copy it.
I can't accept this build but it seems working for kuku ( actually the best pl player )

Ok, I just had a game where the stupidity of PL buying BF is matched by the dumbassery of CK getting the same thing first. Needless to say, both carry sucked balls until the very late game.
Gorgc did a lifestealer battlefury earlier dumpstered the living shit out of pl battlefury
its good actually and now in meta, actually bf scales betetr than diffusal which is now not as powerfull as before as they reduce stats gain and remove diffusal 2 also by scaling i mean it help pl to get fat quite early or to reach late game status early than duffusal .generallymost imp. time for carry like pl is around 30 min so u can find urshelf atleast 4 slotted with major items so it scales much better than diffusal coz pl basically lack farm and if u pick in proper draft pl is one of the most annoying late game heros ,so basically go for bf after aaquilla treands(skip soul ring coz u got perseverence)then s&y basher heart bterfly thn abyysal finally may be bkb if necessary
Just played versus a BF pl, he was pretty useless for the first 25-30 min even with manta. But they had a good techies and won all lanes, so the late game was inevitable either way
i saw it, and i like it. but its still not easy to play PL. the way you engage in fights is so awkward
i just saw it on terrorblade rtz played against vgj thunder. and spectre had it same rtz 1st match. it's becoming a common first item like boots :|

Well in my opinion. Pl can now easily mow down and shove lanes easily. But now twice as fast, although this is just a meme build it might actually work in mid game and can easily rat a lane. Well that's for my view
Reminds me anti-mage with diffusal blade, instead of basher in favor of higher damage output and slow.

There are quite a few PLs now in professional matches (BTS qualifiers, for example), and some of the players tend to get Battle Fury as their first item. I couldn't really wrap up my head around this choice, as the item seems to be almost useless for the illusions, so my question is: when Battle Fury is reasonable for Lancer? Is it when the enemy line-up has a lot of AOE, so illusions are negligible and prioritising the main PL would be more useful? What are your thoughts and opinions on the item on this hero? Any type of feedback is appreciated.
