its very important to prevent the lv1 pull from happening, bristle gets a huge power spike at lv2 because of the 16% dmg reduction and the added spray when ganked. Personally hate to play against od/hus/clinkz. wand is a must of coz

Ask your roamer and your support to zone him out of the lane. He gets no XP, no Farm and your ass gets free farm. Tell em to leave the lane when you're 2 levels ahead and can easily harass him in lane(just dominate it). You should also buy a stick and healing salve + tango if you want to lane versus him.
If none of these shit happens rotate to jungle, clear the small camp stacks and go back to the lane.

dont let him get lasthits. even if he harasses you with his shit, if he is not getting lasthits its fine. also you probably should not bother trying to kill him. just dont let him pull level one and after a while he will run out of mana, then cant do shit. if you relaly want to fuck him you can pick ursa i guess.
