It's on one person at a time. And you have to be right there to drop the vessel, which, as a support, might lead to your death before you can get the next charge. AA can shoot his bullshit ult from across the map.
SV is really great item against regen/healing heroes even deal dmg. to Full hp target, but it can be dispeled as down-side. Still best item vs. Morp because first or his second item won't be manta.

I think they should buff the travel speed of the second projectile for AA. Its somewhat unreliable to land that ult unless your team has a long disable.
yes this item is honestly insane. it has the highest winrate out of all the items that cost less than 3000 gold. the stats it gives are just super good. it gives hp, movespeed, mana regen, literally everything a support hero could ask for.
