25 Games on a fresh Account, basically The Moment u unlock all Heroes The regular way.
Can Be up to 28, cause Sometimes The System cant Decide in which bracket to Place u for calibration, then it says u Need to Play 1-3 more unranked.
Ingame it says u Need Level 20, it Used to be like that, but Not anymore. Tooltip is just not Updated yet.
