That's retarded. I have never seen players doing this. You play carry GPM and XPM natural yhigher. You play supports GPM and XPM naturally lower. if not then your doing it wrong. players who play CK and Spec will have lower GPM than AM, Luna, or Sven players. bunch of idiots.

Gpm and xpm is just a number. My suggestion is that gpm and xpm cannot be seen by strangers.

Yeahp I do this a lot. So do a lot of people in my bracket. And keep in mind this is Archon 5-Legend 0, so these are already 3Ks, albeit low 3Ks.
Yeah I hear the gpm xpm story a lot as well, anyway when people insta lock cores I go support anyway, there's no room for conflict in my games

I've seen way too many of these SEA carries that judge me by my MMR, medal, or my GPM/XPM, and then only get 20 CS in 10 minutes.
They need a big fucking mirror to look at before playing Dota.
All my top heroes are supports, support spammer for lyfe, trying to gain mmr by just improving support plays
Well, I got to 5k in SEA by just either picking Mirana roam, Shadow Shaman or Silencer.
Just play the role where you excel best and the wins would just follow.
But I wanna try different roles in ranked games
It's amazing im still in a bracket where first pick carry still exist
And supporting the way out is a slow burn
it matters most of the time
SeA core requirements:
xpm and gpm 550 above
avg last hits 250 above support or gtfo
Just hide the profile. That's the best solution. U already can't see people recent games. Imagine if u could. Imagine how many ppl would start saying they are getting matched with people on lose streaks and blame matchmaking
Apparently, the GPM, XPM, and Last Hits in your profile are only for your previous 20 games. It's supposed to supplement the graph to the left. That's why there's a line between the last hits stat and the rampages stat. It's good to know; I use it to measure alongside the chart, if they have low GPM, XPM, avg LH, but I see they have a high supporting score, I give the benefit of the doubt and let them play core.

Most of the sea kids and colllege kids just blindly look at gpm/xpm in my bracket, and it's funny because recently I've been screwing around in dota so I like playing roamers/support a lot, but when I go for an occasional invoker pick they all say gg mid 300gpm bobo injoker me mid pota. Like wtf lmao (not saying my carry stats are great but still)

Lets say you only can play ranked match playing support role forever, because your gpm and xpm so low(ofc its because you only play supp when the other didnt know this role exist), what will you do? Its okay for you just playing supp role forever?
Valve should build new system? System where they should seperate core picker and supp picker at solo ranked match. I believe this core picker should enjoy playing with another core picker so they will learn that support role is exist.
Or any idea how to dodge this core picker? Who proud of their gpm and xpm(ofc their gpm and xpm average from last 20 games high because they only pick CORE, can farm, can get kill, etc)
