Tinker already annoying enough, and here we go scripter tinker. U almost have zero scd reaction time against that blink laser dagon rocket combo
tinker didn't changed that much but adding a new item (Kaya) which reduces the mana cost of spell by 10% and also grant you 10% spell amplification made tinker a realy good choice with realy good snowball ability in mid-late game.

Idk he was pretty good last patch too but now he has a better time in mid since puck is less popular imo
because ur a spammer who only picks tinker and shadow shaman

For the last 2-3 weeks, Tinker is getting nominated for banning in 80% of the matches in the 2-k bracket, nothing much changed about Tinker in the last update, any idea why?
