Actually... kidding aside if you’re legit, you should seek out family/whoever is close to you for help.
1. Go ask that question in a forum about law and things like that.
2. Make sure she won't be able to fuck your life anymore.

get a job and get good at it. Good start is tree cutting/lawn work. Most businesses want strong young people and they pay much better than any other teenage job that is typically suggested. Don't forget to ask for raises when you deserve them, there's no harm in asking if there is find somewhere else to work.
Also spend the next few years (u said u are 14) doing community service and get good grades, join school clubs (it's a waste of time but you need that extra bullet point when u apply to college so u can get financial support). Then take the best scholarship offered at any school (unless you can afford to take a lesser scholarship at a better school, that is discretion)
if the only way you would go to college for higher education is by your family paying for you and you yourself not working, you don't deserve higher education.
It's not easy, welcome to life. But I am 100% certain that if you do this your life will be better than ANY other thing that could happen to you.
