Imo, armlet is really good for farming ancients with lvl2 ult and if you get it early it a threat to the enemy team but it is not necessary other items like blink dagger and bkb may be more important than it ,I also like buying sange and yasha
Dude especially with the Regen change, with treads wand armlet and dragon blood u have huge hp Regen, and it scales with ur strength. So activating armlet gives u even more hp Regen. The other thing is that dk is already tanky, he mostly needs dmg, and armlet is one of the most cost effecient dmg items for a strength hero.
The dps gained from armlet is just amazing for the price, just starting to play DK and while I’ve considered SnY it’s pricier and gives less dmg. And I guess just standard DK items with armlet, Blink, Silver Edge, BKB, I like Mjoll over AC because with armlet and the level 20 talent your armor is already absurd.
buy it alongside shadow blade/blink. its good because you can toggle it as well.

This is coming from someone who spams Dragon Knight but almost never buys Armlet. Dragon Knight has no innate lifesteal other than his high regen, but this is hardly enough in early-mid game. Also, because of his high armour, taking Pure Damage from Armlet results in a lot of EHP loss, which reduces DK's durability. Other Armlet heroes like LS, Alch and WK have poor armour, so the loss is less noticeable.
