level 1 radius was too shit, but I never noticed level 2 Ball being any hard to hit. You don't hit hit the whole team with it now, as it should be.
I never focus on these numbers all i know its meele range so you have to land very close to enemy,its fun to predict long distance lighting.
It's a 75 aoe nerf wut
I mean now someone is gonna point out the actual area removed, but it's just not a big deal. Storm still does the same things and does them well imo.
