General Discussion - Stuck at same mmr - DOTABUFF

When I started dota I calibrated around 500 mmr, I managed improve my game play and eventually boosted my mmr upto 2.5k. however I am stuck with the same mmr for past 2 months with a deviation of +-100 mmr. Any suggestions on improving my mmr ?

If your goal is just to "improve your mmr", you only have a few ways: 1. get better 2. buy/make new account 3. get an mmr booster

but if your goal was to improve your skill play, that's another story

I did spam a specific set of heros to gain mmr. But then i suck at other heros at the bracket.
