first one can be gifted, if not opened.
second one can probably also be gifted, but surely traded.
i dunno their worth, especially the doom set since it can only be gifted

Kinda new to the item value scene in DotA, I want these two items but I know that they were limited to owners of certain compendiums or other things. Are they tradeable at all? If so, what would they be worth in terms of other items?
