Stats is far better than lifesteal because it gives you more HP and durability like tarassque.
Lifesteal in late game is situational and usually hero specific. It suits a certain playstyle. Usually ranged mAnfighters. Luna, sniper, sometimes SF.
If u get it every time perhaps u should explore other options of playing in late game.
Don't think MoM was considered to be a late game item moreso a farming item where later in the game used to complete butterfly, then using the Morbid to complete your Satanic IMHO.
MoM is definitely not late game, and I did exactly that, disassemble and buy butterfly satanic. But because of that early lifesteal that you have I feel bad giving it up for late game and that's why I buy satanic.

It's still a good damage item. But I wouldn't buy satanic just cuz I got Mom earlier. That's not logical
The only thing I can tell u is I really wouldn't buy it on void at all. On troll it is still okay given u might have to manfight ursa. Not every game on troll either.
then again if you just buy a casual morbid might as well make it madness right?since it'll help farming too
Mom wasnt that nerfed now we just have to time the activation and to secure advantage rather than getting backfired by armour reduction.
Why wont you buy vlads? Its strong team aura that also gives mana regen which is very needed on some cores.
Satanic on melee heroes is super game specific cuz if u get kited it becomes completely useless
With dominator still being shiet, you cant skip mom on heros like Sven. Besides you can buff your armor before poping mom. Same goes for terrorblade who has very high armor so the nerf wont make it nonviable on those heros.
I would reconsider buying it on dusa, PA and troll. I think its better to get some other items on that heros now.
i stopped buying mom on luna. she didnt really need it anyway, it was just like a midas. instead i buy a ring of health that i build into hurricane pike later if i need hp. lifesteal talent at level 20. sven has one, too. but his other 20 talent is quite strong too, so... situationally i can see MoM still being a thing for him

Mom might be dead after 7.07d, but a casual morbid mask is still not bad?
I have this issue, where I feel I should always (95%) of time buy lifesteal on carries that I play.
The issue comes when it gets late game that lifesteal item, be it MoM or casual morbid, has to be replaced.
I kinda feel satanic is not a item for all heroes, but it's the only late game lifesteal item, so I buy it anyway.
My question is basically, should I buy less life steal in lategame generally, is the satanic fine for late game, or should there be another late game lifesteal alternative??
