Just bought a gaming computer like 2 weeks ago upgrauding from my $200 trash laptop has significantly increased my effectiveness in game.

I bought the $550 one on that page was $450 on black Friday. Came with a keyboard and gaming mouse. Then bought a monitor. I'm pleased with it so far and believe it's a fair deal for a cheaper gaming desktop.

Depends, do you want to build a pc that only plays DOTES in ULTRA settings? or play other newer games in ULTRA settings? like PUBG or some other new games that I don't know about.

you dont need much for dota.
if you look for ultra settings on games that will be released 2020 just go to your local store, tell them your budget and buy what they show you. you lacking knowledge about hardware doesnt give you other options imo.
