The problem is it says 25 games. But there's a whole host of other shit that for some reason valve cannot be explicit about.

It takes 25 normal games, not including turbo games.. after that u get to calibrate.. max mmr for calibration is 3500 / legend [1].

But sir, u seem to be struggling in ns.. I doubt u would even be able to calibrate at hs..

Hi guys can someone predict my MMR I have 6 calibrating left and my team is archon with legend 1 and uncalibrating

i think it includes turbo games as well. I made a smurf couple of weeks ago, played 25 turbo games and ranked was already unlocked but valve told me to play 5 or more unranked,turbo matches. Got legend 2 with 3066mmr. This is my smurf id 492649340. Traded it for a jakiro's immo from a friend ;D

well why make smurf? if i see from your recent games. it seem you have problem, so many match you feed and ruin the game

valve system doing great job put you in normal skill with that attitude.

Judging by your games so far I think you should be aiming to stay on your main account. There's no point smurfing and getting 2k when your main is 2.3k

thanks guys for the response. so some say 25 games, so say more. some say turbo works? im not sure.
all i know is im playing with toxic noobs who want to dual mid and i still own. i dont know why im still normal skill when i have good gpm xpm kda. i tell my team to back but they dont listen and feed all lane.

sadly turbo is a normal games, so i suspect that now i boosted my hidden mmr in turbo and have a hard time playing drunk on my smurf in normal games :(

wait how does he have 30 matches all time with a 46% winrate but 30 in last 6 months with a 50% winrate
