No way, ES and Sky are lane bullies, they absolutely need their right clicks.
Yeah, zeus and techies seem to be about as good answers as it'd go for this question I guess. Maybe somehow timber (the self-disarming guy) but he really needs his right clicks in the first 10 minutes of the game.
Dark seer even makes senss lore wise. Hes a strategist and it says he relies only om the strength of his mind to vanquish his foes.

It's a lvl 15 talent, and Lich's whole purpose in lane is to zone out the offlaner. I'm not sure why so many people here are suggesting that lane supports don't need to right click when half the damage you do in lane should be from right clicks.
Some of this guys misread this post. It said hero that suffer the LEAST, not the MOST.

I mean, the hero is permanently disarmed from level 1 to the end of the game, he cannot deal any sort of right click attack damage. So which hero would it be?
