I feel kunka is strong. Just no one plays him. There's so much u can do on the hero. So it depends very much on the player.
I hate that they changed the boat to land wherever you click. The hero required some skill, now anyone can play it.
All I'm saying is they removed a certain skill factor from him. Now if someone make a play with him it's kinda meh. Where previously it would've been impressive
I know what u mean. But some skill factors don't make sense. I never understood kunkkas. This makes way more sense without altering the hero in any way.
It's not like pudge or Mirana or earth spirit
Kunkkas most natural positions are pos 2 and 4 , I have played him mostly as a 3 but I know I should probably eventually transition to his more natural roles , i will try to start going mid but we all know how hard it is to have a team not fight over mid so I need to start practicing him as a 4 but dam I love those sweet one hit kills .
Man I knew I was playing him in wrong position but I wasn’t comfortable enough or too wussyy to mid him , however after doing offlane and now playing him mid it’s like I was starving before and the beast has been unleashed , I seem to win the landing phase almost always then just apply pressure all game long .
I used to play Kunkka Mid a lot, once you get your armlet the game should be easy. He also recks most melee mid heros and some ranged (early game), play him vs SF or Sniper and he usually wins the lane
Only pick kunkka mid when invoker picked on enemy team. Playing pos 4 kunkka really is need good coordination and doesnt work at solo pub.

Pretty fun game , I insta killed thier team while attacking our throne defending with just ogre and me . Got me back up to 3.3 k with that win .

Is it playable/good in high mmr?
I know it works in 3kish games, i just stomped one with it, but idk about higher mmr, is it better as core?
