Had this same issue with my main and smurf when I recently re-enabled match history. There's about 200-300 ranked matches on both not showing up. All my unranked party games updated though. My guess is there was a change in the API when Valve dropped the new medal system and Dotabuff haven't figured out how to grab the old info yet (if they even can).

My friend played private steam account & disabled "Expose Public Match Data" option in Dota2.
But some days ago he make it public and enabled this option; logged in dotabuff; goes to settings and pressed UPDATE MATCH HISTORY.
The result surprised him - it was only unranked matches processed - excluding ranked onces. Rank medal isn't processed too.
What to do?
