depends of the game.If u need to fight early go urn,if not go mask of madness you farm super farm,20-22 min radiance.Just farm with mom and ks kill with your ulty.

With the lvl 10 regen talent you don't really need that much sustain that urn gives
I'd probably just skip both and get aquila stick now, I'll try playing the hero again and let you know later
spectre is UNplayble without mask of madness imo.I get it every game.It wont make you suddenly carry the game if you sucked before btw,if thats what you are looking for.

is it only a high mmr thing to go mom on spectre? i've not found success with it mainly because it's expensive and takes so long to farm. usually it ends up delaying radiance. the idea is also to fight a lot more with it i imagine.
and unless your super good i imagine its more of a double edged sword. i feel like urn has more utility and cheaper. my winrate with mom is something like 30%
everytime i get it someone will end up flaming me for some reason even though a lot of pros like to build it.
