I thought each player gets their own pool.

Yeah, not sure about regions, but at least in the same regions it's the same for everyone

What I want Dotabuff to do is show the pick order of players. It's already a feature in game, one I only recently noticed. Would be good, to help expose those jackass 1st pick mid people

when they rework a hero a lot of the time he has mango the next day, maybe this is a conspiracy to get more data about the hero
